The challenge
Modernize a business-critical UiPath estate while retaining dependable, reusable patterns for browser and API automation.
Approach
Migrated 11 UiPath processes and 38 sub-processes to n8n workflows with reusable Puppeteer and API patterns. Built a containerized TypeScript/Bun backend with Hono and Puppeteer, including isolated Chrome runners, typed APIs, export orchestration and an HTMX/SSE operations dashboard.
